01: Can I bring my dog?
Dog Friendly Beaches
If you are a 30A local, then you can obtain a Walton county Dog permit and we can capture your furry friend on the beaches of 30A. However, if you are visiting the area, we recommend the Dog Beach at Pier Park in PCB (about 15 miles Santa Rosa Beach).
02: How to prep?
Dog photoshoot
Ensure your dog is comfortable around water and sand. Groom them beforehand, bring their favorite toys or treats, and make sure they are on a leash for safety. Dogs must be *well behaved or session will end with no refund. (*ie: no biting, running off command, excessive barking/jumpiness, etc)
03: Sunrise vs Sunset
Best time for dog session
Early morning or late afternoon when the light is soft and golden is ideal for capturing stunning beach portraits with your dog. Sessions are done up to one hour before sunset and up to one hour after sunset. Please remember that most beaches require all dogs must be off beaches between 8am-3pm.
