DOWNLOADING YOUR GALLERY IMAGES IS EASY
STEP 1:
CLICK ON CLIENT LOG-IN (UNDER HOME BUTTON)
Scroll to your session category (ie: family, senior) and then click on your name. Enter email and password (note: each family member can enter their own email to create favorites for albums, sharing and more).
STEP 2:
CLICK ON BUY PACKAGE
Your preregistered digital package download option will appear, simply click on SELECT and VIEW cart to be taken to the secure online check out center to complete your online digital gallery purchase.
Note: online galleries are only active for 10 days, after 10 days, there is an additional 250 fee added to gallery
STEP 3:
CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Check the email used to purchase the online gallery (check spam folder if you don't receive it). After opening email, click on download images - BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD ON A COMPUTER within 10 days as these are full size files and will be removed from our server and no longer available on mobile devices after 14 days.
Images will download to your computer browsers download folder (not photos file). Be sure to make a back-up copy on USB device in case of computer crash or for future use as these images will be deleted within 14 days from our server.

When you purchase your online digital gallery, please remember that these are full size images and are rather large in data size.
Most smart phones or mobile devices to not have enough memory to download the entire gallery and will cause your gallery to freeze up.
after download
The system will create a zip file, after purchase, to auto send to your email for download. Be sure to use a valid email when purchasing gallery image downloads so you can access files within 24 hours of purchase. If you don't receive your email, please text me at (850) 460-4437 after checking spam folder.
make a back-up
After opening your email, click on the download button to start the gallery download (note: this may take an extended amount of time based on computer speeds and number of images). Zip folder will save to your browsers download file, extract files and create a USB back up for future use.
Your 30A Photographer gallery will expire in 14 days.
GALLERY EXPIRES AFTER 14 DAYS
Your online gallery is active for 10 days, after this date there is an additional 250 fee added to your gallery purchase fee (or re-activation fee).
Be sure to purchase your images, download your images, and make a USB back up copy within the complimentary 14 day online gallery image hosting period.
Melonie Marie Photography is not responsible for images removed from online gallery after 14 days and there will be a 250 re-activation fee to open gallery up after it has expired.
